Below are some important things you need to know before attending a DCU Center Arena event.
Directions
The DCU Center Arena is located at 50 Foster Street in downtown Worcester, MA. Avoid traffic and allow yourself ample time to arrive to the venue so that you don't miss any of the show.
Parking
There are several parking garages and parking lots adjacent to the DCU Center, including the Mercantile Center Garage and the Major Taylor Boulevard Garage. For additional information, click here.
Door Times
For most events, doors open 1 hour before showtime.
Bag Policy
Small purses of a maximum size of 8 x 10 inches are permitted. Anything larger will not be allowed into the facility. Medical and Diaper bags are permitted and will be checked prior to entry. For additional venue policies, click here.
Prohibited Items
Please note that guests with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances.
- Backpacks, briefcases, duffle bags, knapsacks, luggage, parcels
- Balloons
- Coolers, ice chests, bottles, cans, cups (or any kind of container)
- Laser pointers and noisemakers
- Outside food and beverage
- Pets of any variety (except for certified service animals)
- Tablets
- Umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind - including pocket knives, multi-function tools, mace, and any items deemed inappropriate (no return of any confiscated weapons)
All guests attending a DCU Center Arena event are subject to search which may include walk-thru metal detectors and/or a security pat down.
DCU Member Entrance
Are you a DCU member? If so, you and your guests can SKIP THE LINE for EVERY DCU Center Arena event by using the Digital Credit Union Member Entrance located at Door 10. Simply show your DCU debit or credit card, or the DCU mobile banking app and walk right in! Plus, at each event, DCU members will be randomly selected to receive either a seat upgrade or concession vouchers!
Railyard Lounge Tickets
Available for select arena events, the Railyard Lounge is an exclusive location allowing you and your guests to be a VIP at the DCU Center. A Railyard Lounge ticket includes a private dedicated entrance with early entrance to the Lounge - allowing you to skip the line, full-service cash bar, complimentary light appetizers, private restrooms and so much more! Guests with Railyard tickets must enter Door 2 of the DCU Center Convention Center located directly across from the Emergency Room entrance of St. Vincent's Hospital on Major Taylor Blvd.
